How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please do one of the following:
- Email support@siderapath.com with the subject Account deletion request. Include the email address associated with your account and a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
- From within the app: Settings > Delete Account.
After we receive and verify your request we will begin deletion. We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What data is deleted and what is retained
When your account is deleted we will remove or de‑identify the following data:
- Deleted: account profile (name, email, username), birth details and related astrology data, profile photo you uploaded, personalized readings and preferences, push notification tokens, and user-generated content tied to your account.
- Retained (limited): anonymized, aggregated analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be kept for product analytics; encrypted backups, logs, and fraud prevention records may be retained for up to 90 days to allow restoration and investigation; transaction records required by law may be retained for up to 7 years.
If you have a specific request about which data to keep or delete, include those details in your email and we will respond with the options available.
